Based on these commitments, we consider the following to be malpublishing:
- Publishing without completing the formal fact-checking process
- Publishing without disclosing relevant funding relationships

- Publishing without disclosing relevant conflicts of interest
- Failing to correct known errors within 48 hours of confirmation
- Operating without a mechanism for the audience to raise concerns
